There are two ways to check your Jio mobile number main balance:
Via Dial Number: You can get your main balance by dialing *333# and you’ll get your main balance displayed with a message on the screen.
Via SMS: Just type MBAL into a new Message and send it to 55333. It is toll-free and you will get your available main balance via SMS.
Check your Prepaid Balance and Validity:
You can send an SMS stating BAL to 199 to get to know the prepaid balance that you are left with and the validity of the pack you have subscribed to. You will get the related info to your phone via SMS.
Know your Postpaid Bill Amount:
If you are using Jio Postpaid sim, then to know your Postpaid Reliance Jio Bill amount – Send a text message as BILL to 199. And the bill amount that you will be charged for using the service will be available soon with an SMS.
Check your subscribed Tariff Plan:
If you are not certain with the tariff plan that you have subscribed to or forgotten its validity, then you can send a message as MY PLAN to 199. This will send an SMS showing the plan that you have actually subscribed to.
Know Your Jio Sim Number:
In most of the operators, you can check your own number by dialing USSD code *1#. You will get a screen message with a mobile number. But for any reason, if you are getting an error like ‘connection problem or invalid MMI code,’ when you typed *1# for Jio, then we have another solution to know your Jio number.
Just download the ‘MyJio App’ from Google Play Store, register with your details and head to ‘Manage your account’ section in the app. Then under ‘My Jio’ heading, you will find your Jio number.
